How To Make Chicken Salad..


Ingredient’s:- 1 Sliced Carrot, 1 medium size Sliced Tomato,200 gm Boneless Chicken, Lime, 1 pc Ginger, 4-5 Garlic Cloves,Chopped Coriander Leaves, 2 Chopped Green Chillies (optional),
1 cup Chopped Lettuce Leaves, 1 cup Chopped Cucumber,1 medium size Chopped Onion, Yogurt, Mayonnaise,Black Peeper Powder and Salt as per taste.

How To Make Chicken Salad..

At first marinate the Chicken.Put the chicken in a bowl and add 1 tsp Lime Juice,Grate the Garlic Cloves or add Garlic Paste,Grate the Ginger or use Ginger Paste, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Little bit Salt and mix well.After mixing leave it for 15 mins.After 15 mins start boiling water in a kadai.Add the marinated Chicken in it.Cover and boil the chicken on high flame for about 10 mins
After 5 mins give it a little stir.After 10 mins turn off your oven and put the Chicken pieces in a bowl.After boiling shred the chicken in long strips like this.
Now take a big bowl and add 3 tbsp. Yogurt, 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise,1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder (as per taste),1/2 tsp Salt (as per taste).Mix well all together.

How To Make Chicken Salad..

Then one by one add Carrot, Tomato, Chopped Coriander Leaves,Chopped Cucumber, Chopped Lettuce Leaves, Chopped Onion,Chopped Green Chillies (optional), Boiled Chicken.Mix well.
At last add Lime Juice.Mix well and our Healthy & Tasty Chicken Salad will be ready.Serve it in room temperature in winter and chilled in summer.Our Chicken Salad is ready, now serve.
